How long does it take to get a bike from Specialized?
For bikes, expect 6-8 business days from the time the order is placed to final assembly. For equipment-only orders, 3-5 business days.

To get the paint code you need to know the correct name of the paint given by the manufacturer. Then using that name you can search for the paint code by using online VIN decoders, contacting your local automotive paint supply store, searching online forums, and as a last resort you can try to contact the manufacturer.

Is the Rocket Red finish covered under warranty?
The custom color—Rocket Red—is designed to naturally age over time. It will exhibit splashes of a dark rich color when exposed to prolonged direct sunlight. This finish is deliberate and therefore not covered under the traditional warranty policy.
