In the Dream Shrine, there’s a walkway running around the outside of the small Shrine, which are filled with enemies that mimic Link’s movements, a bit like the Shy Guys in Bottle Grove. In order to pass through them quickly, without falling through the crumbling floor of the Dream Shrine, you need the Pegasus Boots.
