The Shadow of Revan Prelude sequence should be on your starship’s mission terminal. If it’s not, perhaps you need to finish some story (Belsavis, etc) first, or you’re not at a high enough level. You’re definitely high enough level to start Makeb (RotHC), which comes before SoR.
