I’m not 100% sure, but I think that, unfortunately, resetting your character is impossible unless you start a new game. Get KSE (kotor save editor). I don’t think it will enable you to change class but will definitely allow you to change feats, powers and attribute and skill points.

You are going to go to the Combat section of fleet on the outside ring on the south side is the Skill Mentor who will reset our tree for you, there will be a credit fee if you are not a sub. A legacy you can purchase called Field Respec or something similar will allow you to do that as much as you want.
