How do you use Norvell Venetian gradual self tanning lotion?

Directions: Use daily to build a gradual self-tan, or extend your sunless tanning results. Smooth on evenly and blend thoroughly. Use sparingly around knuckles, knees, ankles and elbows. To avoid coloring of palms, use the Norvell Blending Mitt or wash hands immediately with soap and water after application.

Most Norvell products contain a bronzer to give you an immediate tan. The bronzer is cosmetic, and will wash off in the shower revealing a natural-looking tan that will last about a week.

What happens if you wait too long to shower after a spray tan?

Washing the spray tan early, which is any time before at least 4 hours, can destroy your chance of developing a darker color. Using harsh and harmful products while washing the tan off can also strip the tan from your body, leaving you with streaks and patches on the skin instead of an even color.

Leaving a product on longer will not make you “browner”, and in fact can make you over dark, off color, orangy, brassy or create a fast fading or uneven tan. Judge your color after 12-24-48-72 hours.
