For the best experience, I recommend coming before sunset. I came during June, when the sunset is at 8:30pm. So we bought 8pm time slot tickets but showed up at 7:45pm. This 45-minute window allowed us time to get through security, walk to the event, and find a nice bench to sit on before everyone else showed up.
Is Field of Lights free?
Adult tickets are $47, and children tickets are $26 at the door. GROUP SALES: Online system allow up to 19 tickets to be purchased at a time. For groups of 20 or more, or for private/corporate events, please email Brittany at bhorning@sensoriopaso.
How long is the walk through Sensorio?
Field of Light is a 15-acre walk-through experience, Munro’s largest artwork to date, comprised of more than 58,800 stemmed spheres lit by fiber optics, gently illuminating the landscape in subtle blooms of morphing color that describe the undulating landscape.
Will Sensorio be extended?
Field of Light at Sensorio has been extended into January of 2022. Artist Bruce Munro’s Field of Light is a 15-acre art installation that covers the rolling hills off Highway 46 with more than 58,800 colorful lighted spheres.
Do you walk through Sensorio?
Tickets are also sold onsite: General Admission walk-up tickets are sold on-site beginning at 7:30pm. Adult tickets are $47, and children tickets are $26 at the door. All onsite ticket sales are final. Onsite ticket sales end 45 minutes prior to Sensorio’s closing time in order to allow ample time to enjoy the grounds.
How much does it cost to see the field of lights?
Tickets cost $30 to $40 for adults, plus fees; $79 plus fees for VIP tickets that include access to a private terrace, restrooms, fire tables and a bar. They will not be sold on site.
What do you wear to the Field of Light?
Note: Long pants and enclosed shoes are strongly recommended for all guests as the experience involves walking up and down a sand dune and a walk through Field of Light on an unsealed track.
Do you need tickets for Field of Lights?
You can purchase your tickets online to visit for yourself. The price for general admission tickets starts at $30 and includes access to the beautiful light field as well as another area that has live music, wine, local beer brands, and food!
How do you experience Sensorio?
You must buy tickets to the event, there are two types of tickets. The general admission are timed and do not include food or drink. The VIP tickets allow access all night to a VIP area with fire pits, tables, heaters and bathrooms. The VIP tickets also include dinner and two drinks.
Can you bring food into Sensorio?
You may also NOT bring external food or beverages (only sealed water bottles or empty personal water containers are allowed), pets, chairs, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, grills, hibachis or other cooking equipment into Sensorio.
